The DRKDSS KDSS Front Sway Bar End Adapters correct improper sway bar bushing angles caused by front suspension lifts. On lifted KDSS-equipped vehicles, the factory sway bar geometry changes, causing the bushings to bind and wear prematurely.

These adapters restore proper geometry so the KDSS system can cycle correctly, improving articulation, suspension travel, and long-term reliability.

Why You Need It 🚙

Lifted KDSS vehicles often develop poor sway bar bushing angles. This causes binding that can quickly destroy bushings and lead to metal-on-metal contact.

The DRKDSS adapters correct that geometry so:

If you're running extended or long-travel shocks (Total Chaos +2, etc.), this upgrade becomes especially important.

Installation Notes

• GX470 users must install with DRKDSS Bushing Brackets

• Without them, OEM bracket modification (cutting/drilling) is required

• Factory bushing bracket bottom hooks must be cut off

• Designed for OEM KDSS mounts on lower control arms

• Installs easily with basic hand tools

⚠️ Cannot be used with KDSS front drop spacers — they both push the sway bar forward and will cause frame or skid plate interference.

Wheel Clearance Note

There is a very small chance that extremely wide wheels or aggressive negative offsets may contact the bushing bracket at full steering lock.

Please ensure at least 0.60" clearance from the OEM bushing bracket at full lock.
